Athalonz Order Processing
- Orders are shipped during normal hours of operation (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM AZST, Monday-Friday).
- We usually process and ship the same day but ask that you allow up to one business day for order processing.
- Orders placed online during weekends will not ship until the next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AZST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- We ship all orders from our Mesa, Arizona shipping facility.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
- We offer delivery in the following methods (Please note that carriers do not count weekends as shipping days):

Ground: 5-10 Business Days from shipping date and does not include weekends.
- Southwest region customers may see packages in 1-2 business days from shipping date, but it is not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Package
- All products purchased from the Website are delivered pursuant to a shipment agreement with a third party shipping commercial carrier. Accordingly, the risk of loss and title to such purchased products pass to you upon our delivery to a commercial carrier. In the case where no signature or other proof of receipt is required by the carrier, all such orders reported as delivered by the carrier shall be deemed to be delivered to and received by you. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders. You are solely responsible for selecting a secure delivery location. In the case where a signature or other proof of receipt is required by the carrier upon delivery, any signature on that document, or other proof of receipt, will constitute conclusive evidence of delivery of the order to you.
