  • +3 insoles further enhance our standard Optimal Athletic Positioning (OAP) by adding 3 mm of OAP. This helps further shift weight bearing forces inward to fine tune your power generation and power usage.
  • -4 insoles create a flat medial to lateral foot surface to our standard Optimal Athletic Positioning (OAP) midsole by removing 4 mm of OAP.  This helps adjust the shifting of weight bearing forces to fine tune your power generation and power usage.
